Welcome to Gro-Organic, a Community Interest Company that aims to inspire and support people of all ages and abilities to grow their own food whilst understanding where their food comes from and what healthy living is. Gro-Organic works alongside schools, community groups and the wider community in providing food growing areas and green space coupled with engagement activities that promote enrichment, personal development and the sharing of critical life skills. Gro-Organic aims to expand on educational opportunities by empowering people through the provision of food to build strong, sustainable communities. The British Medical Association predicts that by 2020 over one quarter of the UK's children will be obese and that the UK's children will have a shorter life expectancy than their parents. It's time to take control and encourage everyone to eat well, move more and live longer with Gro-Organic!
